If something isn’t right with your order, we will handle it respectfully and professionally.

1. Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of every Luxorai bracelet.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace or refund it — no stress, no arguments.
Your trust matters more than a single order.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
* The item is unused and unworn
* It is in original packaging (box, pouch, card)
* The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Because our bracelets are personal items worn on the skin, we cannot accept returns for:
* Used or worn bracelets
* Scratched, bent, or forcefully damaged items
* Custom engraved pieces
* Clearance / promotional items
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds.

3. Size Concerns

Our bracelets are adjustable and designed to fit most adults comfortably.
If sizing feels uncomfortable:
* Contact us immediately • Do not repeatedly force the bracelet open or closed, as this may damage the metal.
If the issue is genuine, we will guide you properly or offer a solution.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
* Order number
* Clear photos of the bracelet
* Photo of packaging
Once verified, we will:
* Send a replacement
OR
* Issue a full refund

5. Change of Mind

If you change your mind before shipping:
We can cancel your order immediately.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the package upon delivery.
This is common practice for Cash on Delivery orders.
Return shipping costs may apply.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within:
3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or approved digital method after return confirmation.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:
* Defective item
* Wrong item sent
Luxorai covers return shipping.
If return is due to personal preference:
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

8. 1-Year Color Warranty

Every Luxorai bracelet includes a 1-Year Color Warranty.
This covers:
* Unexpected fading under normal use
* Manufacturing defects
This does NOT cover:
* Damage from chemicals (perfume, chlorine, acids)
* Scratches from rough surfaces
* Forced bending or misuse
If your bracelet qualifies under warranty, we will replace it in your next shipment or issue store credit.

9. Policy Fairness

Luxorai reserves the right to decline returns that show:
* Intentional misuse
* Excessive wear
* Repeated refund abuse
We protect our community and our craftsmanship.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may refuse the package at the time of delivery if they decide not to accept it. Once a package has been opened or the bracelet has been worn, normal return rules apply.
